"Country service goes above and beyond"
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Brendan from Pinnacle Property Inspections as part of a property purchase in Lake Rowan.
Offer to purchase included both a Pest and Building conditions, and as to not bother the Vendor twice for access, Brendan adjusted his schedule to do the inspection on a Sunday so that it aligned with the availability of the Pest Inspector.
I got the very detailed Building Report back on the same day as the inspection, which was a welcome surprise considering that Brendan must have spent his entire Sunday on completing the inspection and preparing the report.
Although there were no serious building concerns, i.e. structural integrity of the building, Brendan highlighted every piece of poor workmanship, and items that need attention, down to the detail of marks on the flooring that cannot be removed. As we are planning to renovate the property upon settlement, this provided us with a great snag list to use as part of the reno.
Upon request, Brendan has also provided a list of local services he would recommend assisting in the reno project, as we will be moving from the city and are not yet familiar with the area.
